ViewAct is a management and control layer above Microsoft Intune. It combines cockpit prioritisation, evidence, specialist tools, assessment reporting and controlled change proposals.
Is ViewAct a replacement for the Intune admin center?
No. Microsoft Intune remains the management platform and source of truth. ViewAct helps teams see across the environment and decide what to review next.
How does ViewAct handle tenant data?
Data boundaries and permissions are treated as release gates. Private preview onboarding includes a documented data flow, exact permissions and retention behaviour before a customer tenant is connected.
Can ViewAct change an Intune environment?
The starting posture is read-only. Supported write capabilities are opt-in, separately authorised, tightly scoped and gated by review and validation.
What does AI do?
Deterministic facts remain leading. AI may improve wording or enrich a recommendation, but it cannot create tenant facts or execute writes on its own.
Is ViewAct available now?
The product is being prepared for a controlled private preview. Public pricing and self-service onboarding have not been announced.
